Wisdom Way Solar Village

20 unit zero net energy, affordable housing community. 16 units are subsidized for first time homebuyers, two units are being sold at market rates, and 2 units are rental. All units are fully accessible on the first floor to provide visitability per the tenets of Universal Design. The two rental units are fully accessible and will be rented to residents with disabilities. This is a LEED certified project with the first two units being awarded LEED Platinum. In June 2009, this project received a third place award in the statewide Zero Net Energy Challenge Competition.
