A single story home embodying the priciples of sustainability and universal design. A two-family house designed for a client who is in a wheelchair and for his 87 year old mother. Building elements include the Arxx insulated concrete form (ICF) wall system and a highly efficient heating and cooling system for maximum indoor air quality and comfort.
